1. Reservations
By submitting a booking through this website, you request a reservation for the dates, site, and add-ons shown at checkout. A reservation is only guaranteed once payment is completed online, or once a park staff member confirms a cash/in-person payment. Reservations left unpaid for more than 30 minutes are automatically cancelled and the site is released back for other guests to book.
2. Cancellations and refunds
If a paid reservation is cancelled by park staff, any amount charged through Stripe is refunded automatically to the original payment method. Cash or in-person card payments cancelled by staff are recorded as refunded in our system, but the physical refund is arranged directly with the guest. We do not currently offer guest-initiated online cancellations — please contact us directly if you need to change or cancel a paid stay.
3. Park rules
Guests are expected to respect quiet hours, keep designated fire areas contained, follow posted speed limits inside the property, and treat wildlife and vegetation with care. Site access, hookups, and amenities are reserved for the dates and guest listed on the reservation. Park management reserves the right to end a stay without refund in cases of property damage, unsafe behavior, or violation of these rules.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. In-person payments (cash or card) are recorded by park staff through our point-of-sale system. All prices are listed in US dollars.
5. Accounts
Creating an account is optional and only used to view and manage your own reservations. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the business grows. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
