1. What we collect
When you book a stay or create an account, we collect your name, email, phone number, and stay dates. If you pay online, your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure form and never touch our servers — we only store the payment status and a Stripe reference id.
2. How we use it
We use this information to hold your reservation, send booking and payment confirmations by email, look up your past reservations, and contact you about your stay if needed. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Who we share it with
Payment information is shared with Stripe to process charges and refunds. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Neither provider uses your data for anything beyond delivering the service we asked them to provide.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits (a login token) and to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. How long we keep it
Reservation and guest records are kept for our own accounting and to resolve any future disputes about a stay. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us, unless we're required to keep certain records for tax purposes.
6. Your choices
You can create a reservation without an account. If you do create one, you control what's on it and can ask us to correct or remove it. Reach out any time with questions about what we have on file for you.
